Yeah..our team is good in that..
Pretty amazing that defenses have found a way to erase him totally from our game plan.
That's a coaching and philosophy issue right there.

Talking about if he was on the other team he'd do the same thing and how our defense is so predictable. He said he don't even know what the name is over that Miami WR that caught those balls.
He said it's so simple, just tighten it up and play some football, that's it. He said if he was planning against our defense, he'd do the same thing because it is so obvious.

He said he needs to play better, and he needs to improve. He knew they were doubling him, etc...

No it's not. The defense needs to be called out. It's near last in the league in every category. The offense needs to be called out too.

Hey, I'm all for it. I'm glad it's Marshall doing it, too.
You know Jay is, too, but he's reserving himself. Recall Jay's big "God D***" after the D gave up a big 3rd down back in the SD game. That and Jay would be criticized 50-fold if he comes out and says anything after his performance today and in games previous.

He is a team player, and if you listened to the interview you'd understand. A player of his caliber, you'd expect b****ing or questionable statements about not getting the ball today, and possibly his QB. It happens from ALL ELITE RECEIVERS, whether you want to believe it or not.
He didn't. He understood the situation and acknowledged Cutler positively.
The only thing pathetic is our defense playing like ****, along with our offense today.

Not by the NFL but maybe a team fine. Im sure Shanny dont like one of the players calling out the defense and saying if he were planning against them, he would do the same thing while pretty much saying your DC stinks.
He may be right and as a fan id agree and wish one of our players said it but they didnt and even after Cottrell was fired they didnt say anything like that :~ohyah!:
One of our defensive players said "he was no Wade Phillips" which was the worst comment towards him.
Shanny isnt going to let a player talk **** about a coach. Maybe nothing happens but he will get an earful im sure.

The way he made the statement, he made sure to take accountability as in the whole team needs to improve. He just pointed out that one area because he was asked a question about it.
It could have been the coach, the player(s), play calling, etc.
His interview was negative in a positive way and will be nothing more than a post game interview. Don't blow this out of proportion.

Jay has no room to talk. He needs to get his int's in control. Can we start hackney?

Yep, the D wasn't great today, but they weren't the reason we lost. That was all on the offense.

... no the defense and the offense were the reason we lost... it was a collective piss poor performance today.

Dude, you need to calm the f down. What Cutler needs is a running game. I'm starting to have serious doubts about our offensive game planning. Nobody should hold us to 7 yards rushing.
p.s. I'm glad that marshall is standing up and saying something. Somebody needs to, this team is pretty lifeless. I saw a thread where somebody thought they played with heart but it didn't look like that to me. They let things get in their head and they were done after that.
