In a test run for his 2010 re-election against Democratic Gov. Janet Napolitano, McCain is trailing 53%-45%.
Napolitano is the term-limited of Arizona, and in fact, the most popular Governor in America (http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2008/10/31/11279/222/947/647893).
You can bet the bank that if Napolitano decides to run (which is likely), the Dem Netroots will dump a boat load of cash into this race.

Good I hope McCain gets steam rolled after he showed how inept he was in running for President. That is of course if he doesn't steal the election.

I am pretty sure Obama has legal strategies in place, if just such an occurrence happens to take place...

Hopefully Obama has a large enough lead to overcome the usual voter purges by the repigs, the rigged voting machines, etc. When you factor in the usual GOP fraud, the margin of victory will probably look smaller than it really is.
