HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Anybody still celebrate Halloween out there? Seems like it might be a dying holliday. Not in our house though.

Lil' Z is going as Curious George... Which naturally cast me in the role as the man with the yellow hat... Horribly embarassing pictures are sure to come.

Halloween is my favorite holiday.

Its the only time you can dress up and be someone else and have it acceptable.

I went to two parties last weekend.

Dressed up as Jigsaw from Saw.

Won best costume at both parties.

I had it down to a T.

Halloween is HUGE in Los Angeles, at least out in the residential areas. Our neighborhood is lit up with decorations all over. We've got kids showing up at 6:00 pm for candy. Tons of parties for adults, too. Maybe it's specific to this goofball state, but Halloween is anything but dead, here. Great times if you're a kid... or have kids.

Our little one (2.5) is going as Elvis. (During the fat years!)

I was going to go as Gene but I couldn't stomach the flat top hair cut.

I went with John Elway instead.

I went as Foneco. Scared the living hell out of every kid, parent and watch dog in the neighborhood.

Trick or treating is still big in central IL. I had a few little cute goblins over last night. It was a good thing I had candy! I never have to dress up when I go to parties. I just go as an old man!
