All in All our Whole team is Consistently Inconsistent. We took a Gimmic and tried to make a Defense out of it. Not a Good Idea.
Lets Take this 3-4 look to its logical Conclusion.
DE: Crowder,Thomas
NT:Robertson,
LB:Kuto,Webster,Moss,DJ
Same Secondary.
IMO Our Base D should look like this
DE:EE, Crowder
DT:Robertson, Thomas
ILB:Kuto,Webster
OLB DJ, Boss
S Paymah
CB: Champ
CB Dre
If you are going to go all in. Don't leave 2 antes laying on the Fing Table go all in. Enough Gimics. Lets play School Yard. When we Go Nickle. Switch out Kuto for JMFW. And Bring In Dumerville and Moss.

Bottom line is they don't have the right personnel to run and effective 3-4. Then again, doesn't seem they have the personnel for the 4-3 either. Not to mention a DC who can get the team on the right page. How can they keep allowing receivers to be that wide open? I mean WIIIIIIDDDDDEEEE open. I just don't think the defenders even know their responsibilities from play to play and that goes to coaching.
4-4-3 defense, Would be entertaining for a game.... But you should be casterated for mentioning Paymah and _efence in the same paragraph.

Opposing RBs would STILL run holes the size through which Spider's semi can drive.

If our DL gets pushed off the ball and the LB dont flow to the hole then it wont matter..

i've said it before and i'll say it again... Pat Bowlen needs to petition the league office for a special Broncos exemption from the rules. then, we need to try an 11-11-11 defense. maybe, just maybe, we'll be able to keep the scores close.
but it's been pointed out by others that the sight of 33 players all over pursuing at once could be too much for the opposing team to take, and they might just fall down in fits of laughter on each play.
