New Computer

Not that anyone else really cares but I just got done building my new computer along with a new LG 22" flat screen. The mane never looked so good. !Booya!

Congrats! I bet it feels good to build that first PC. I remember building my first PC, I believe they were all hand me downs from my brothers or old HP's and Compaq's.

Even before that I remember F-disking a computer we had when i was in the 6th or so grade, maybe a little before. Don't ask me how I got through the process, but it worked!

Still, congrats! I'd like to build a new one for me, mine is about 1 1/2 - 2 years old with some recently upgraded parts.

What did you go with? The one I have now is AMD, but the next one I go with will be an Intel. Usually when I build a machine it costs me about $1500-2000.

I have other needs before building a new system. (New home theater system)

With the 22" LG monitor it was $800. I installed my old Call of Duty last night and didn't get chopy or glitch once. I'm pumped, this thing is FAAAAST :giggle:

The fact that it didn't glitch at all while playing COD4 speaks volumes. At least for me.....

Funny how just a couple years ago I thought the 17 inch screen on my laptop was huge. This 22" is simply amazing.
