PACMAN JONES SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY (http://www.profootballtalk.com/2008/10/14/pacman-jones-suspended-indefinitely/)

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones has been suspended indefinitely.
Jones will be suspended without pay and will miss at least four games.
The NFL (http://www.profootballtalk.com/category/rumor-mill/#) found that Jones was involved in an alcohol-related physical altercation and had therefore violated the terms of his reinstatement. http://www.profootballtalk.com/category/rumor-mill/

Suspended forever, make him earn minimum wage in the CFL.

I thought he might get 2 games but four is fair

its indefinitely so it is minimum 4games but my guess is that the cowboys will release him due to violation of team contract and he will be banished to the CFL or arean leagues ala quincy carter.

"At least 4" makes it sound lighter than it is. That's only when Goodell will review it (likely as a favor to his boy, Jerry Jones). Goodell needs to grow a pair and stick to his "zero tolerance" policy as he'd claimed.

I am not surprised he got suspended but I am surprised it was for AT LEAST 4 games. But its actually indefinite with a promise to reconsider after week 11.

Dallas Cowboys (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=dal) cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=8421) has been suspended for at least four games season for his most recent violation of the league's personal conduct policy, the NFL announced Tuesday.
In announcing his decision, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Jones' "disturbing pattern of behavior was clearly inconsistent with the conditions I set for your continued participation in the NFL."
Jones was notified by Goodell that he is suspended indefinitely without pay as a result of his most recent violation of the league's personal conduct policy.
Goodell will determine the final length of Jones' suspension following the Cowboys' Week 11 game against Washington on Nov. 16, the league said.
The decision on whether Jones can return to play will be based on his strict compliance with his NFL and Cowboys treatment plans as well as on evaluations of Jones' progress that will be provided to Goodell by clinical experts retained by the NFL.

Can't wait to hear Deion's retraction. He kept going on and on the other night on nfl network saying that he was with Pacman at his home after the incident occurred and there was zero chance alcohol was involved.

Should be out of the league.
I think the incident was pretty innocent, so this is definitely a strong enough suspension. I like that its up to Goodell to reinstate him, but I don't think an argument is enough to kick him out of the league

Cowboys are in disarray. The players are getting fed up with the drama.

It's not the argument that is the problem....it's the alcohol. Alcohol and drugs were strictly forbidden under the terms of his reinstatement. One slip up is more than enough to institute a lifetime ban.

The sad part is that Jones found "no wrongdoing" in the Cowboys' internal investigation :oyvey:

Millions of dollars to stay out of trouble. IMPOSSIBLE !!! for this bootlip. 24 hour bodyguards isn't enough, 24 confinement may be the answer. Remember his mammy say "he a good boy !!"

Just another fool who had it all and threw it away in short bursts of idiocy.....I'll be surprised if he doesn't end up in the slammer long term in a few years.
