Everyone seems to be talking about Moss or Doom, but what's happening with #79? In camp it sounded like he was tearing it up, especially against the Cowboys size of a Winnebago Offensive line.
Is he hittin' the hooch again or what?

I'm actually more hopeful about Marcus than about Jarvis or even Doom, sad to say.

He's been pretty solid. The Chiefs had a big running game but otherwise Marcus and Robertson as a team have done a very good job of stuffing the run in the middle. Neither hs generated much pressure but overall I think he's doing very well.
Its still a little early to say he'll develop into a stud on the D-line but he is very solid and the among the least of our defense worries.

Thomas has been playing well, especially when Robertson is on the field with him. He isn't tearing through the line to get to the QB but is doing a decent job in the run game, minus sunday when his partner on the field Robertson was out.

I don't think anyone ever expected him to be a big time pressure maker (there aren't many tackles who are). What he does do is move the pocket extremely well and push guys up field. You don't see many successful runs to the inside, it's on the edges that we have REAL problems.

Most of the big runs I see are cut backs. Ones where our OLB (Boss) over pursues the play then gets screwed when it comes back on his side. Our safeties suck, so in the end Champ has to run down the play like a MF to prevent a touchdown.

Exactly. Thomas has been doing his job fairly well and playing with alot of heart. He's the least of our problems right now.

Worry about DE, DT is not an issue.
