I think the guy was acting like it was a super hard shove just to draw a flag, I don't think Cutler put that much into it. But it was cool that Cutler did it.

The funniest part of it was that it was right in front of the ref and no flag was thrown. The fact that it was a linebacker was pretty funny too. Its gonna take Demorrio Williams a little time to live that one down I think...™

Reading up on this, it wasn't that funny at all. Sounds like Williams was talking smack all game and got in Jay's head. Jay was still even pissed about it after the game.

No Oscar nomination for Williams

Linebacker Demorrio Williams showed his acting chops Sunday by flopping to the turf after Cutler pushed him late in the fourth quarter.

Williams admitted he was trying to draw a personal-foul penalty, but no flag was thrown.

“It was a big fake,” he said, “but it happens sometimes. Sometimes the ref throws it, and today he didn’t throw it.”

Williams had been trash-talking Cutler throughout the game, one time following Cutler back toward the huddle after a bad pass.
