Big ups to DJ today. Stopped the 4th and goal and saved the game in the end. Game MVP in my opinion. Too bad we can't clone him about for the other 10 players on defense.

He's not just playing well, he's playing like a monster! Alfred Williams mentioned on the radio that he's playing "As well as any pro-bowl linebacker in the league" right now. Pretty awesome!

wouldnt be surprised if he is leading the league in tackle for losses.

Playing like a beast. His speed is really apparent at WLB.

He's 6th in the NFL in total tackles, if that means anything.

Webster is the one who made the stop on the 4th and goal however.

He helped with Webster but don't tell Atwater or Popps that. They won't give credit where credit is due.

What's so impressive is how he's raised his level of play after being signed long term. Many players take a step back once they have job security and DJ instead is showing the Broncos he's getting his money's worth.

Nate Webster is def. a backup type player. one thing i give Webster though is he loves football and i think he is a football player. If you could almost limit him to staying in between the Tackles i think he'd be ok. But I didn't like the boss signing. I thought he was not a responsible LB. Athletically he's great....

The greatest part:

As well as he's playing right now, his skill-set still leaves a LOT of room for growth.

Man, can you imagine the mental side of the game after another 2 years with Cutler and give him a real running threat? Oh man.....

Coming from the "talent scout" who sings the praises of Brodie Croyle, I think we can all take that as a compliment.

Don't forget lard ass here also said Casey Wiegmann sucks and is horrid. Meanwhile the Chiefs line is in shambles and Denver has one of the best lines in the league.

Bob - Can't evaluate football to save his life. Thank God it doesn't put food on his table.

By the way, Wiegmann still sucks. He's just in the right system.

Naw its just good to get out of a dump, It must be so refreshing playing for an organization like Denver.

Has nothing to do with the system.

Its the UNIT boy.

Boss has done pretty well if you ask me. And Winborn is a great #4.

Webster even makes some nice plays, but he's just horribly inconsistent. He's a better backup and needs to be back in that role. I'm kinda thinking we should give Niko a shot if we don't see better defense soon.

I thought Boss was doing okay as well, but I'm not expert.

As for the Middle, I love Websters energy, but hate his pension for over pursuit.

After seeing that special teams hit, Maybe Larson will start demanding a little attention.

So he's the anti-Larry Johnson?

Also worth noting that DJ is tied for the NFL lead in solo tackles. ^5

If not, the coaches will unanimously ensure it. He'll go, if he keeps this pace up.

DJ has to get his hands on the ball more often to be All-Pro. Just tackles won't do it. Sunshine approves this message.

Um, yeah. Doesn't DJ know he's not supposed to play this well after he gets a contract? He's outperforming 24 Million easy.
