I thought it interesting that starting free safety Harper and back up strong safety Bullocks are on this list. I expect Sheffler to see more than a few passes thrown his way.

your right, i remembered that as soon as I hit post...

Jackson didn't play last week, and I saw colbert out there for like 2 plays, so we aren't really going to lose much I don't belive..

With Marshall, Royal, Stokley, T. Shef, and Graham, I think we'll be okay...

Or Nate Jackson, or Selvin Young, or Andre Hall, or Peyton Hillis, or Michael Pittman - Shanahan has shown through the years he'd rather split out better players who play other positions than scrubs who happen to be WR's. Russell will probably be active since D-Jack isn't, but I doubt he'll see any time on offense. Our base unit this year will be B-Marsh, Eddie, Graham, Tony and a RB (Young or Hall). Our other personal groupings include Stokley, Hillis, N.Jackson and Pittman. If we go 4 or 5 wide, those above guys will split out - maybe D-Jack when he comes back but I wouldn't count on it. Shanahan usually gets a similar group of skilled position players per game and just uses different formations. We can especially get away with this because of the versatility of some of these guys (Scheffler has WR pass-catching talent, Graham has OL/FB blocking ability, Pittman is a stellar pass-blocker and pass-receiver, Young is a very good RB out of the shotgun per his years at Texas).

We have enough weapons to light it up this week.

I'd like to see some Ditka in Jarvis.

from RMN * The Saints have dealt with plenty of injuries in the secondary this season. Cornerback Aaron Glenn (ankle), who injured his ankle Sunday in Washington, will not play. Randall Gay and rookie Tracy Porter will start at the two cornerback spots. Mike McKenzie, who hasn't played since having reconstructive knee surgery in the offseason, is expected to be activated and could play as the Saints' third cornerback.

Cutler will be licking his chops

Well this injury report settles it. Cutler is going to throw for over 350 and at least 3 TD's.
And Scheff is going to have a huge game. Week 1 was Royal's coming out party, Week 2 was Marshall's turn, and now Week 3 is Scheff's turn to have his breakout game of the year.(even after his huge game last week-that game was still all about Marshall, this time it is Scheff's game.)
