All I can hear coming from Portis is, "I and me". Anyone who speaks about themselves in the 3rd person IMHO has either a personality disorder or is just a plain bull****ter. Selfish POS is all I heard. I'd love to be the interviewer and just ask the question, "Why do you reference yourself in the 3d person?"? Would half of these guys even know what I meant?

B MITCH is known in this area for really speaking his mind on that show and not protecting the skins at all, telling it like it is. But, I think he went over the line with Portis here and should have backed off a little. Clinton is a very cool dude. And he recently even admitted he misses the way it was in Denver, the blocking scheme, and all those 40+ yard runs.

I have no problem with Brian but he always gets on the shows and talks about portis in some sorta negative way.....
Like Portis said why not come talk to him like a man and tell him how he feels.....
But then again Its still my entertainment lol. There actually mad while a fan like me gets to laugh about it.
Brian says he says good things about Portis which he does but why off the air??
Seems like he never holds the negative back on the radio so atleast keep it even and balanced.
Portis does give it EVERYTHING he has whenn he steps on the field.
However Portis wishes he never had to leave Denver.....Atleast I think so.

Brilliant. If nothing else, he has an incredible command of the English language. I'm just wondering if he knows Pybil and all of his other personalities should never speak in the 3rd person when they're trying to communicate humility and the importance of teamwork.

I would be HIGHLY dissapointed if we didnt score on 95% of our drives.

Nah i'm glad we have champ..much more of a team player and no distractions...finding a CB of Champs caliber isn't easy while finding a good RB is...i really hope Torian is that next RB to crack the 1k mark..i would love a dominate running back that we can go to when the tough gets going..seems like we've been missing that since TD!!

Mock is well known as a huge fan of Mr.Portis. They work him like a mule and that moron Mitchell is saying he's taking himself out of games? JHC! Bettis is no slouch cause I watched him a Iowa. Portis runs 20 pounds bigger than he is, and after all the pounding, is still explosive. I thought hed be out of the league by now the way he's worked. He carried more times than ANYONE and that moron is talkin sh!t?
He ran with a dislocated shoulder for us and still was a leading runner.
BTW, He bought his momma a house, and is big time into charity. He's also a ladies man.

Im still looking for a replacement after losing Portis...Like dude said imagine our offense with a top flight RB for once??
My god in this offense with all the weapons and OL we have now? Add portis 15-1700 yards and 15 touchdowns to that and we would never be stopped..
Take Champ out of our defense and i think it would still be the same.......Wont be any champ like big plays from that side but we would still get smoked if we didnt get pressure like we havent been getting....
Best way to protect average corners is having a great front 7....

Rich Eisen prefaced the soundbite by saying that Portis was talking about seeing how he would do behind one of the best offensive lines with the best scheme. Its a little early in the season to assume he was talking about our offensive line until you realize he is also referring to the scheme. Portis has often said that he loves Denvers scheme. BTW, isnt Portis only like 26 now?

Portis has been a top 10 FF pick for 5-6 years. the problem was we drafted him second round. They wanted him to be a db at miami...only when severaal backs went down did he get a chance.
Anyway, he didnt get 1st round money and knew your last carry could be your last.
Denver had/has a standing rule (see DJ)_ that you renegotiate i the last year. That's why Foxy is gone.
