So all of the northeast is getting the broncos game on Sunday. I guess this is another side effect of having an exciting, high scoring offense. Lots of air time, and potentially some flex games later in the year. The rest of the country, if you're interested:

Those other 2 late FOX games are putrid.
St. Louis v Seattle: the O-fer bowl
Detroit v SF: The No one cares game of the week sponsored by Sominex.
With the exception of about 3 teams the rest of the NFC is unwatchable.

"Touchdown, Marshall!"
Cross: "But did he maintain possession?!?! Look the officialls!"

Cross: "But did he get both feet in? One....Two...(dejectedly) yeah, he did."

I'm in Jackson WY, and they ****ing have the seattle/Rams game. All over the rest of the state it's the Broncos, but NOOOOO! Here in Jackson, it's seattle and the rams, two of the most worthless teams in the NFL right now.

Absolutely. We didn't initially have TV coverage so I was listening to KOA's coverage on Sirius. Once they switched to the Denver game for the last 10 min or so I cut over. After five min of Cross' garbage I muted them and went back to KOA even though they wer about 15 seconds behind the tv coverage. I watch the NFL Network's replay of the game and was wishing I could have pulled up the KOA broadcast and had it in sync again, Cross was just pissing me off.

You know I don't mind the Mike's. He's definitely not a homer for us, but if you've listened to Mike and Mike, Greenberg has a major hard-on for Cutler.

That's funny because the KOA broadcast is faster than the TV one here in Denver.

Cross bugged me most on Sunday when he declared over and over that Champ's first quarter INT would have been overruled had the replay equipment been working, as if it was a fact. I dunno, looked pretty inconclusive to me. And then the other industry bobbleheads accept it as gospel and repeat it themselves without even looking at the replay.

I hated that they kept referring to it as a fumble when it was ruled an interception.

I can't handle watching the Broncos in a bar where I'm at, far too many ahole Bills fans who do nothing but run their mouths all game long. F That noise, it's far more enjoyable (and cheaper) to just get a 12 pk and get in front of the PC.

My wife was hating life last week. I came home sh!tfaced and I'd been eating crappy bar food all day long. I haven't had crappy bar food since last season so the body was not prepared for the onslaught. I shouldn't have skipped training camp, my body wasn't prepared for the season. I was blowing like a bugle all night long and I ranked out the whole house. THE WHOLE F'N HOUSE! It was like a mustard bomb went off and she had no refuge. I took paint off the walls and at least 2 years off of the life expectancy of every living thing in that house...and possibly next door. EPIC!

Now they throw the Cincy/Cleveland sh!theap on that mountainous pile of craptitude I get to deal with on a day to day basis? F you NFL. F you right in your ear hole. Seriously, Roger, what did I do to you to deserve the NFL broadcast equivalent of the Pain Olympics? I never nailed your wife, I didn't kick your dog, I didn't even crap in your pool. What did I do?

OK. That hurts. That hurts in many, many ways. The only place they should pre-empt NFL for Matlock is Arizona, KC, Oak, and SD. Arizona for obvious reasons. KC and Oak because their pain brings me joy and SD because they don't deserve an NFL team, they deserve Matlock.
