View Full Version : Secret Weapon This Week?

Along with the "NFL leading offense" has been some great play calling / personnel packages.
Game 1 - we saw Eddie Royal. The Raiders had no idea what to do with him.
Game 2 - we saw Scheffler early, then Marshall just dominate.
What's up in game 3?
More run game with Cutler lead blocking?
Short passes to Hillis?
More Scheffler?
20 passes to Marshall?
Deep passes to Royal? (when are we going to call the "go route" for Royal)?
Make your guess now, so you can tell us all "I told you so" next Monday...

Well, if the Saints overload in pass defense, it could be a big game for one of the RBs. And Selvin is a little behind in his quest for 2000 rushing yards.

We will run the ball down their throats. 2 RB's with over 100 yards. Aints are 26th versus the run.

To no fault of his own.
Hell if either he or Andre were getting the ball 25 times a game 2000 would likely be possible.
Both are averaging over 5 a pop.

No waitaminnut. I've got it figured out.
Now that fantasy owners are all jumping on Marshall, Royal, Scheffler, etc. ... it can't be anyone in the passing game.
Young is the nominal starter and Pittman is getting too many TDs. Therefore, it's gotta be Andre Hall.
Because we all know that Shanny's main object in life is to screw up fantasy football analysts.

I can't be more serious when I say this: Nate Jackson is the card up Shanny's sleeve. Just wait for it!

What if Cutler and Royal switch places?
It would definitely make the highlight reel if Royal connects with Cutler on a pass.

I'm hoping we see Hillis get more involved soon. We heard all about how great his hands are, and how quick he is. It's time to see him get some carries and get some balls thrown to him out of the backfield.
