Go D.J. !!

DJ did fantastic. I think the main reason you didn't hear about him much was because of Cutler and Royal.

Yep, this was a nice exhibition.
I'm just frustrated because I think we could have had this kind of performance at WLB for years now, and squandered it on the likes of Ian Gold. I'm glad we've finally got it right.

DJ had a nice night. He's far from a bust. He's a decent player.
I gotta say... I'm actually pretty impressed with how Webster played.

Woo Hoo...my boy PWNED.
DJ is so much better on the weakside SoCal.
I still dont think he is a very football smart player but on the weakside he doesnt think he just does.
Maybe that was his problem, he was thinking too mcuh playing out of position.
I still dont trust him in coverage but man, his play was really improved tonight.

DJ Williams did great. I think this threadstarter put too much stock into listening to Mike, Mike, and even less intelligent Mike. Keith Oberman could have called it more even handed!

I thought Mike Ditka made excellent observations all night long.

I won't speak for him... but I seem to recall him having a problem with him being in the middle, not on the weak side.
Clearly, DJ had no business inside... and he's much more effective outside.
He's a high first round pick and many years into his career. He SHOULD be performing, and he is doing well.

All our Lbs are popping heads this time around.....
DJ back at the weakside was the biggest move we made on defense this year.

Why would you be in a freekin chat room when the game is on national TV? This is the question that needs to be answered.

Not a clue. Maybe they are waiting for the game to be on YOUTUBE!

how is every damn announcer not giving Denver props on this game? They thoroughly detroyed a team tonite. Granted it isn't a team that is going to compete for anything, but it was a pro team, complete with pro players and a game plan playing on national tv.
What did Denver need to do to get some respect? The team gets no respect, all anyone says is "well it was against the lowly Raiders."
who cares who it was against. this was a complete beatdown, that was played without our top playmaker.
i just want Denver to kick the Chargers in the stones next week and then maybe we can get some props.
Denver over the Chargers 27-24.

Gold outperformed Williams when he was here. Glad to see DJ elevating his performace, but the Gold scapegoating is nonsense.
