You guys should pick him up if the bridge isn't burned. Shanny got 1k out of him once...he can do it again!

i agree, he knows the offense, shanahan and him should kiss and make up

Definitly should kiss and make up.
Lelie has been extremely humbled bouncing around teams who have NO wideouts.
His best days was in Denver and it woul dbe nice to see Cutler with as many weapons as possible.
Plus hes better than Martinez, Colbert.
And be cheap.

he'd make a great 5th WR---he'd need to swallow his pride--he even could have his old # back.

He'll retire before he comes back the Broncos.

I read that he has a bum hamstring that doesn't seem to healing. Why sign an injuried WR that can not run???

If Lelie was healthy I would be all for the move back to Denver- I just don't believe the organization would make that overture to bring him back.

Denver doesn't need him. He would just be a distraction. Besides there are a lot of teams out there that could use a "Number One" WR.

I have thought a lot about this scenario, and I've come to the conclusion that both sides should forget the past and give it another shot. However, I'm presuming he's healthy and has close to the same speed.
Like it or not, admit it or not, but Lelie made some significant plays during his time in Denver. Imagine the possibilities with Lelie and Cutler. I think everyone can agree that Plummer didn't throw the the deep pass very well. Meanwhile, Cutler has the arm strength and accuracy to throw a great deep ball.
It's worth a shot.

Well nevermind.
I thought he just sucked for the team.

If Lelie is still the same guy, he scares me more than any of the other scrub WRs on your roster.
But I'm guessing his ego is too large and so is Shanahan's for a re-up. Couple of idiots.

Like KFC,
Lelise could be the 2nd KFC WR to have more than 1k yards in the last 15 years.

Yeah it makes sense....Hes better than Colbert and Jackson......
And i know were going to cut a few more guys and sign a few more guys....As cuts trickle down. Or the first couple weeks of the regular season.
Hell Lelie could help us opening day while Marshall is out.....
So Im all for picking up Lelie. Dude already knows the system.

I don't know why you guys bother arguing with Bobo. It's perfectly clear that even my 11 year old cousin knows more about football than Bobo.
...then again, my cousin actually played football.

Lelie reminds me of bobby humphrey. One good yr, gets a big head, demands out of Denver, fails.......all thats left is for Lelie to be out of the NFL then he's another Boooby Humphrey.
