If by right, you mean speaking poorly about your own country in order to please a foreign audience, you are correct. Apparently they didn't know that news travels. Frankly, I have no problem with them being critical of our government, but I do have a problem with them doing it overseas in an attempt to further their image in a foreign land. I think if they would have said it here, there wouldn't have been so much backlash.

Why hide behind your hate? Try counseling, it is a very leftist thing to do. Have you been fixed yet?

Mo is just your typical right wing parrot. You might as well try to
decipher the screeching of a macaw as to try to understand what
they have to say.

I don't care if they have negative feelings toward the president. I do however care about why, where, and when they made their feelings know. Frankly, I think it was more about gaining popularity at the time. I know your responce is going to be, "well country music fans are typically conservative and why would you think they would make these statements if it were merely about popularity." "Didn't they lose more fans by saying this." My point is, they were living in the moment and trying to impress the audience they were performing for. Giving them what they wanted to hear. Didn't think about the ramifications.

Thread count padding .....
I don't really want my entertainers to push their views on me , i wouldn't bitc% to much about it tho ... I wouldn't stop liking a musician over their views unless they was insanely radical .
BUT i do hate the Dixie Chicks cause their music sucks monkey balls and is hill jack stupid , and that one is fat as a donkey ...

If I were to limit myself to only listening to singers built like a supermodel,
I would have missed out on all the beautiful music sung by Mama Cass Elliot.
