Whoever doesn't win the punting job - would the Broncos be likely to sign him to the practice squad if he isn't picked up by another team?
On one hand it would cover them in case the guy they choose doesn't work out, but on the other hand it wouldn't be a vote of confidence to the punter they keep to have his potential replacement lurking on the practice squad.
