How about Zimbabwe, where the rate of inflation is 11,200,000%? That's the official rate; the actual rate is believed to be even worse. If anyone can be found that's willing to accept or exchange the currency.
In February a loaf of bread there cost 200,000 Zimbabwe dollars. Monday, that same loaf of bread cost over 1 trillion Z-dollars.

I just can't imagine it. At that point it would probably be better to just use the currency for toilet paper.
