Who do you think is/will be better? Woodyard or Larsen?

Wesley Woodyard because i like the two Ws that roll off your tongue. Unless I am Khan, Apa or Oskie, I havent been to TC and have seen one game which I liked Woodyard. Didnt he help Dave Studdard's sons helmet to fly off at the beginning of the 4th quarter. Those are bonus points for me.

I think WW athletically will be the fav, but Larsen maybe by next season or after next will be solid due to angles and smarts. Maybe they will both be strting in a couple of years, who knows....
Wesley now. Larsen best later.

Wow. Definitely not the answer I expected. I think Woodyard has a way bigger ceiling than Larsen.

I am from Tucson so I'm just a little biased. Everyone knows Larson is not very fast, but I think he'll make up for it by being in position to make plays when he learns the playbook. For know I just expect to see him on ST for most the season.

I don't want to be THAT guy, but Larsen's not an OLB, he'd be very poorly utilized on the outside. Not quite apples to oranges, but we're comparing spartans to macintoshs.
I'd love to see a future linebacking core with both on the field.
*edit* Apple metaphor... linebacking CORE...inadvertent pun! I'm HILARIOUS.

Woodyard because I haven't seen Larsen do anything yet!

I have to vote for Larsen, he's my adopted player...

Woodyard is the better player - he looks NFL ready right now and has performed at a high level against tougher competition.
However, they are both on our team, so why do we have to choose?
I think in the long run, Larsen will have to really learn a lot this year, or we will be looking for another MLB next year. It's too important of a position for a "maybe." I wish Larsen the best and think he could be our best MLB by mid-season, but you never know...

Because named 1st team LB out of the PAC-10 must mean he suck. Because they don't play football out west.

I finally saw the game last night. I have to say the most interesting time in the game was watching Larsen and Woodyard play next to each other.
Also, anybody that used to give Ian Gold crap for being a midget shouldn't be a hypocrite and give Woodyard hype. That dude doesn't look like he's ever been in the weight room.

Haha don't worry, I only gave Ian Gold crap for being ****ing bad. I'm a big fan of underdogs playing bigger than they are :)

I think Woodyard is football-smarter. He's better right now. Larsen is physically a better specimen. I have no idea who will be better. I thought Woodyard would get drafted in the third round. Shows what I know.
