You know, I got this e-mail too. I've never gotten it before. Is the down season last year (and perhaps this year too) really that big of a deal? I mean, I can't believe people are leaving tickets unsold.

I am pretty shocked about it too. Last year half priced tickets were gone in hours.

I think its a sign of the economy more than a sign of the current climate of Broncos football.

Yeah I am gonna say it's both.
Even at training camp, during the weekends it would look like a wednesday afternoon crowd.

NICE THANKS SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS. I went to my first broncos game last year and after watching every game for 6 years straight on television to finally see the team in live tangible action was pure ecstasy! I swore i would have to do this every year.

Just a heads up: tickets for all Buffs games are available, too, at cubuffs.com - including West Virginia and Texas. I picked up two for W.V. this week in 107 row 12. Great seats.

I can only go to 1 game a year being from Washington. However I'll be at the Bills game in the first row. I wish I lived there, I'd snatch up tickets to every game!

Yeah, I was fortunate to get one last year.
This time around it was no problem.

If you actually look at the full price tix that are available for those games, you'll realize why. They aren't regular lower level or even upper level seats. They are $350 club level seats. This is no different from any other year and is not a reflection of last year's record. These seats could always be had up until game time through ticketmaster.

You know I didn't even think of that. Clever marketing people! What about the half priced tickets though. There were none after the first few hours last year.

That does seem a little odd......but then again, it's only limited scattered single seats with the exception of the Buffalo game. I credit this to two things:
1. Single seating doesn't work for the majority of folks.
2. I'm willing to bet these seats were purchased by folks who "overbought" the day they went on sale. The team probably started doing the credit card checks and realized that people bought more than their allocation, so they just released them back into the available pool.

Club seats are so ridiculously over priced... its the same damn seat with the same damn view and the same damn cramped room around it. The fact that there are a couple bars and couchs in the concourse does not justify $350 tickets.
If these club level seats don't sell for face before the game is there any way to pick em up at the stadium for a fraction of the price?

At the official ticket window....no. They aren't allowed to barter.
Second-hand from a scalper or other fan outside the stadium.....sure.

Just want to let people know that if you're looking for more than two tix together, Misses Stout and her friends just bought 4 together at half price for the Bills game! Can't beat the price and it could be an important game (hopefully its for home field and not to just make the wildcard). Anyway, 4 tix $130 (after $40 dollars in ticketmaster fees - sheesh).
Now go buy tickets Broncos people!

Speaking of tickets available.....
It's kind of funny when you look at the prices of tickets on ticketexchange and then go to ebay and look at what the prices that the tickets are REALLY selling for...so sad! Tickets are going for near face on ebay....lowers! Ticket exchange is well over double face. ???

Not yet. I figure there's still 4 weeks left. I have two other options. I'm working with the guy that I bought my tickets from last year and he hasn't let me know yet if that game is still available. I won't panic until the day of the game and no tickets yet. Although, there are always tickets floating around the lot.
I think it's cuz I'm picky about where I sit! ;D I'm spoiled! :flower:
