Last night we played a game , I saw his talent , he thought i was bull****ting , but I told him slow down form a defense , and develop his back rank ........ So if he becomes a grandmaster I expect full credit and 51% of all income ;D .........

I remember when I first joined the board I was still upset about some failing stocks and clashed with Spider often, thinking he was just a dumb trucker. I suppose it shouldn't surprise me to discover that he's actually a chess prodigy.

I am not a chess prodigy , but I am above average;D ..here is another shocker , I listen to Classical music alot , I do crossword puzzles, and i marvel at the tech we have to get fat women to fit into Spandex ;D ......

so here is my basic assessment of myself:

If i KNOW the person im paying is really good.......I suck.....i try to over think things and make a ton of stupid mistakes.

If I think the person is horrible i tend to be to agressive and usually get myself in trouble early....but can usually get out of it.

If i think the person is just an average player....i take my time and usually always win.

Its kinda weird......but i used to be good.......we used to have local chess tournys (before you say im a nerd.....the winners got free BEER) I used to always place top 10, but could never win it. I got pissed and gave it all up. So its taking me a while to get "it" back......i really need to refresh on stuff.....ill start to do something and then realize i have it mixed up with something else and i ahve parts of both and then it falls apart.

One of these days...errrr...weeks......errr...years.....errr decades ill catch you spider lol (probably when your old and senile) LOL thanks for the help man! Your pretty good there......especially for a democrat LOL JK JK JK JK JK (you knew i had to throw that in there)!
