Are the Vikings the NFC Chargers?

I got to thinking about teams that should have tried to go after Brett and i came up with two teams who are only a gamebreaking QB away from being a Super Bowl team. San Diego and Minnesotta.

Think about it, both these teams have great defenses, awesome O-Lines, and an elite running game. The only flaw is at QB for both teams.

The only thing is that Jackson still has possible potential to become a decent QB despite his lack of size, whereas i feel the Rivers has peaked and showed everything he can ever be.

So what does everyone think about this?

I was hoping for a release...Brett HATES McCarthy...Brett would of played for peanuts for minny.

Favre in SD would be lethal.

I'm so happy Chargers weren't smart enough to go for it. Rivers you stick on the bench for a couple yrs and go for Superbowl with Favre. Rivers is very avg compared to a gunslinger like Favre.
