Four games for a repeat offender. As the story states, Henry was previously suspended 8 games in 2007. I'd have to speculate Marshall will either not be suspended or get two games.

I live in Cincinnati ... If you like seeing one of your players on the news once a week , for punching people , driving drunk , having sex with minors , and being so broke he ask the public to pay his legal fees cause he has 0 of the 6 mil he HAD ... THIS POS may be the biggest waste of life in the NFL ...
I personally hope he ends up working at Wendys to give this loser a second chance would be the stupidest move EVER he should NEVER PLAY AGAIN after the $hit he has done ... NO WAY THIS POS deserves to make BIG money and just give him more chances to hurt others and cost tax payers money for court and this POS more time on cam to pound his chest ...

he is smiling because he has green bay's front office bent over a table and is prepared to bone them hard.
he is either getting 20million to stay away and keep doing nothing or he is going to get released and end up in Minnesota which might just make them the best team in the NFC and top 3 in the NFL.
