Countdown with Keith Olbermann reports:
It is one of those things you kind of assume to be true all along ... and yet are shocked when hard confirmation actually comes. Our fourth story tonight, from the former White House press secretary himself, word that the Bush White House routinely sent — and as far as we know, still sends — literal talking points to Fox News for its primetime propagandists, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity and others ... to spout, as if ventriloquist dummies, as if they had thought of it themselves, as if they had come to those opinions independently, as if there had been a process either fair ... or balanced.

"All liberals should be killed"
O'Reilly, Savage, Hannity on shooter's reading list

Police found right-wing political books and weapons in the home of the handjob who shot up a church to kill liberals "who are ruining the country," court records show.
Inside the house, officers found "Liberalism is a Mental Health Disorder" by Michael Savage, "Let Freedom Ring" by Hannity, and "The O'Reilly Factor," by Bill O'Reilly.
The shotgun-wielding suspect in Sunday's mass shooting was motivated by a hatred of "the liberal movement," and he planned to shoot until police shot him.
Savage, Hannity and O'Reilly aren't serious about the sh*t they spew.
It's just a mega-paycheck for them, but the extra-stupid Republicans don't know that.

Jim Adkisson of 'Handjobs for Bush'
Link (http://edition.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/07/28/church.shooting/?imw=Y&iref=mpstoryemail)
The suspect in a fatal shooting at a Knoxville church Sunday was motivated by hatred for liberals. Authorities recovered a four-page letter in which the suspect, Jim Adkisson, described his feelings and motives, police said.
Adkisson, 58, of Powell, Tennessee, has been charged with one count
of first-degree murder in the shootings at Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church.
Authorities discovered a letter from the state government telling Adkisson he was having his food stamps reduced or eliminated, police said.
Hey, Dumbass: you should blame the republicans for cutting your food stamps.
Liberals tried to help you when you lost your job - Bush and Co are the ones who said "screw that old man - I got mine, he can get his own too."

The preponderance of folks here are left-wingers, either mildly left or rabidly left; they also often post completely asinine and ridiculous comments. Answer the question: how can you explain the reason that far more Republicans get in trouble for corruption than Democrats? I can attribute it to values. And your not willing to acknowledge that all they are all politicians, they do have different values and play to different interest groups. I'd rather push you off to be honest... But that's besides the point. Until you understand how you've been brainwashed - you will never understand that your reality - is just a reflection of what you've been told to believe in. But since you don't understand it, but not out any reason of not being capable of it: Instead it's because it doesn't make you "right" anymore - and that's what bothers you.

If you aren't willing to put the reality inside your head to the ultimate test, you're just pretending.
Since you've achieved Enlightenment, and don't believe in cliffs, then find one and walk off it. As I said, if your reality cannot comprehend cliffs ("real" and rhetorical), then the wrong is yours, not mine.
I'm not much impressed by solipsists.
Considering that you are only worried about losing what you worked so very hard for... I think maybe it's YOU who should walk off the cliff. I already have, remember. I've actually PUT my money where my mouth is. Your cliff analogy shows what exactly what you don't get about it.

Whatever, Josh/amesj/clav. Keep living inside your head. For most, that's a safe place - for you, I'm not so sure.

Especially ironic when you consider W*GS' ideology is all head stuff, i.e., has never been tetsed in the real world. Ha!

It's obvious the right is on the attack and that there target is paint Obama as a flash in the pan, no substance, empty suit.
It also looks like it will be Wesley Clarks jobs to attack McCain's military record to pain him as a bumbling crappy pilot with a so so military career.
Eventually they have to debate it will be interesting to see that.

McCain suggests military-style invasion modeled on the surge to control inner city crime.»
Today, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) spoke to the National Urban League, a group “devoted to empowering African Americans to enter the economic and social mainstream.” When an audience member asked him how he planned to reduce urban crime, McCain praised Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s efforts in New York Cirty before invoking the military’s tactics in Iraq as the model for crime-fighting:
MCCAIN: And some of those tactics — you mention the war in Iraq — are like that we use in the military. You go into neighborhoods, you clamp down, you provide a secure environment for the people that live there, and you make sure that the known criminals are kept under control. And you provide them with a stable environment and then they cooperate with law enforcement, etc, etc.
