10 Team league, I had the 2nd pick. Adrian Peterson went #1. Steven Jackson to my suprise lasted to #19! I missed out on Marshall by about 3 picks. I may offer Boldin for him straight up... what do you think?
Team... A+ and I filled up on Broncos without making too many sacrifices!
Forget Marshall, You can not base a team around 3 players from the same team (Broncos). Holt was a slight disappointment for me last season as was Steven Jackson. To be honest, it is real hard to judge a team as training camps are just beginning. I also hope you have the Giants as a defense and not the Jets.

Very strong roster for a 10 team league. You need some good fortune for Steve Smith and Torry Holt to stay healthy and effective but if they do, you're golden. I'd let Marshall wait a bit more and see how things develop. If it looks like he's going to be or is suspended, you can rob him from the other team. Also, see how the Broncos are doing before you load up on em anymore as a losing team is not going to produce FF numbers like you'll want.
Edit: Oh, and even if Marshall isn't getting suspended, the fact that Boldin is better known will make it an easy trade in a not incredibly serious league.

Yes G-Men.
Steven Jackson was a disappointment for me too... a lot of that was b/c of Pace going down. Bulger, Holt, and Jackson should all be back to golden this year.
Funny, but I used the strategy of selecting last year's top players. Smith was rated #1 at WR last year. Tomlinson #1. Jackson was like #2 or 3. Holt #3 or 4.
Any way you slice it I couldn't pass on Jackson on the back end of the 2nd. Way too much value there!
Getting Young, Cutler, Scheff, Prater, and Marshall would give my about 85% of all Broncos points in FF. Offensively I think we are going to do pretty well this year.

If Cutler has a good year, you could be ok. If not, a little weak in the QB department.

btw, I agree that it's difficult to judge a team before camp is really in full swing and preseason games are almost over. BUT, I think I got a steal in Young b/c of that... possibly in DJack too with the suspension looming and he being the potential #1 with an absent Marshall.

What about Delhomme? He was on fire last year until he got hurt. He has some good weapons too. Now with a running game to boot. I see him as a potential 25 TD guy. He had 8 TDs and 1 INT thru 4 games last year.

He's middle of the pack, at best.

Somebody on the radio a while back was saying he didn't think there was any way Delhomme's elbow is healthy by the time the season starts. I believe the guy talking about it was the guy whatever injury Delhomme had last year was named after. Apparently they like Matt Moore down there though so not much of a fuss has been made about the possibility if Delhomme couldn't go. Just do your homework before you grab him up.

Which is not bad for a back up/Bye-week/match up play.
A healthy and full strength Cutler should throw for 3500 and 30 TDs. If Jackson gets 4 games and that is reduced to 2 (like Jared Allen last year) I think he'll do some real damage. If Marshall ends up suspended for half the season, probably not.

Hey, if Cutler tears it up this year, like we're hoping, you're golden.
Just remember games like 42-3 San Diego over the Broncos and it is a loss that week in any 10 man league

I think you have a real good group, real good team, except at running back where its most important. Some real injury concerns there.

Except at RB??? Tomlinson, Jackson and Young!!! I would kill for that group again. That was a dream come true to get those three!

Seems a little early to start drafting, decent looking team.
