I like your take on DJ. You're much more optimistic about Boss than I am though.

Great analysis, but the abundance of spelling errors was really distracting.
I am making my services available for pro bono copy-editing if you're interested.

I am high on Larsen. I think he can be an impact player in a couple years for us.
I also like your write up on Niko. If just plays consistent ala Totupa, then I am all smiles. Just clean up the run, and dont over run the play.
Sounds simple enough..

Thanks. I did find two after the fact that my initial check missed. They have been fixed.

Great breakdown. I love what you said about Koutouvides being a football player. More sound than flashy or fast. The one thing the Denver LBers have been since ROmo left is Bad Tacklers. I loved Al but he missed a lot of tackles. I would gladly give up a little range at MLB to get a guy in there that can wrap up and bring a guy down.
Last year watching Gold, Williams, Webster and Winborn miss tackles all game every game was disturbing. Hopefully Niko can start a new Denver LBer tradition. Where they do everything well even tackle the ball carrier.

DJ Williams scares me because I know he has good potential but he just has not been effective but with his move back to the weakside hopefully he can read coverages with more ability. And now with Boss Bailey in there, I am understandably anxious to see how we can be a strong corps in the middle D.
Thanks for the great write up.

Why would DJ going to WILL scare you if he went back to where he excelled and was one of, if not the BEST WILL in the NFL?!?!?!?

He had a good rookie season, but he was far from the best WILL in the NFL. In fact, once Gold came back (despite what the haters argue), DJ was not the best WILL in Denver. You don't honestly think the team with an expert at LBs such as Coyer would not know if Gold was better? DJ was a liability in coverage, that is why they would take him out in the nickel packages. He is better now, and should be a far better Will because he can now cover as well.
