In a couple weeks I am taking a trip to Norway with London being one of my stops. If I go the way my rewards want me to go I'll have 3 more stops after London to my destination.

I'm trying to figure out how long of a stop you would need in london if you are switching airlines, because honestly I really don't want to have 3 more flights and just going straight from london to my destination will save about 15 hours and a huge headache. I already know I will have to purchase a round trip ticket to stavanger from london.

So how long of a layover would I need to switch airline?
Or is there a more feasible way to get to my destination without having to stop 3 times?

Well, you will have to give yourself at least an hour in between just to be safe. Dont try to rush it. Ive done that and it never fails, the flight is delayed or theres weird weather or your plane is 17th on the runway, stuck in line waiting and you miss your connecting flight. And then, your ****ED! I mean, ****ED. So give yourself at least an hour in between just to be safe.

I am also using rewards to make a $h!TLOAD of stops.

I am going to Brazil at the end of AUG to visit my girlfriends family, and we are totally screwed. We have to go to DAL, MIA, RIO, and then get a connecting flight to Salvador in Bahia. like 30 hours in all.
This flight NEVER goes smooth. Weve done it before and its just a cluster****
all the way.
But, those reward points are just freakin sweet when you need them again.

It's too bad you're not staying in London longer. I've been there three times and had a blast each time. I just returned from NY a couple of days ago with a one hour layover in Philadelphia and that was plenty of time to switch flights. It just depends on the airport. Who knows, you may even have time for an airport beer at the bar. Have fun and be safe!
