Slow grilled ribs, boil, season and marinate in Stubbs or Chris-n-Pitts

I slow cook them for about 4 hours.

But its nothing compared to North Carolina bar-be-que.

Yeah it's ok. Not my thing, I truly believe it's (re: BBQ) about what you grew up around. My recent Ex. is from Asheville, NC and I'm from Blue Springs, Mo. we often debated. However if you ever make it to Arrowhd. try Gates and Sons about three mis. from the stadium.

Deer meet burgers with some steak chopped up and mixed in, little salt and pepper and some A1 in the meat, I make 2 patties and take some Blue Cheese and put it in the center and seal them together and grill...you don't even need condiments

might be the only compliment I have had from the old lady this year

Texas Chicken Sandwich.....Made in Cleveland lol

First GRILL boneless skinless check breasts.......cut them into thin slices.

Cut up green, red, banana, and sweet peppers along with some sweet onions......cook them in a pan of olive oil (very important to use olive oil)

Cut the bread open.....put down SLICES of pepper jack cheese (when it melts it helps hold the bread from breaking at the bottom)

Next put the chicken on, followed by the concoction of peppers and onions

feel free to add jalapenos or even hotter peppers as well...the hotter the better for me...but this way is best to be on the safe side for multiple people.

Then the secret texas chicken mustard (webbers is the best and only availiable in buffalo -- go figure) Make sure you slop it on there.....you cant have too much.

Then a mixture of shredded pepperjack and provolone on top...a dash of salt and pepper.........then gently give a quick wipe of olive oil over the whole sandwich.....just a light coating.............put the whole thing back on the grill (high heat for about 45 seconds)

POOF you jsut made the best chicken sandwich of your life.

Well next time you go out, order a Cuba Libre just to see the kind of response you get. It is almost as fun as forcing 7-11 clerks to calculate change without the register.

Yeah, please.

Some may know, most don't. I cooked for 12 yrs. I went to Culinary-Arts school for a while dropped out to move here. I've worked w/ Chefs many yrs.

Re: Hot Wings, I like to throw a little oregano in the hot sauce. It's like the peanut-butter, Chocolate combo. It just works.

nice, I'm trying to quit the alcohol. So yeah, I wish I could try one, but; alcohol and me don't mix so well together. But yeah, that sounds moderately refreshing.

Sorry for the mix up. :clown: Brandy, not vodka, although I would think that would be a minor point after a couple of them.....

Horse's Neck recipe
2 oz brandy
5 oz ginger ale
2 dashes bitters
1 lemon spiral

Place the lemon peel spiral in a highball glass and drape one end of it over the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the brandy, ginger ale, and bitters into the glass. Stir well.

Add a shot of blue colored liquor and you have a Bronco drink....
