State must change lethal injection law
ELYRIA, Ohio (AP) — A judge in Ohio says the state's method of putting prisoners to death is unconstitutional because two of three drugs used in the lethal injection process can cause pain.
Lorain County Common Pleas Judge James Burge said Tuesday the state's lethal injection procedure doesn't provide the quick and painless death required by Ohio law.
Burge said Ohio must stop allowing a combination of drugs and focus instead on a single, anesthetic drug
He says they must use a different drug to kill them, one that does not cause physical pain.
What a revolutionary, eh?

I wasn't referring to the judge's ruling, I was referring to the posters on his office wall.

I assume that is his office and not the courtroom? He is allowed his own personal political opinions so long as there is no evidence that he brings any of that into the courtroom.

I don't like the murderous thug Che, either. I assume that the judge is able to get away with it because he lives in America and not Cuba.
