up late watching the NFL network and they are showing the Broncos at Chiefs from the 2003 season (not sure why I am putting myself through this...hehe)
But watching Dante Hall run around like a bat out of hell and still yelling at the refs for not calling the block in the back of Middlebrooks I got a flash of a punt or kick return I think within the last two years where the Broncos scored but it was called back because one of our players ran on the field. Seems to me it was Alexander or Gold but hell maybe I am making some part of this up. Any help with whatever the heck it is I have forgotten would sure help me to get some dang sleep....ok thanks all for the use of your memories

DWill had one called back because Gold ran out on to the field before DWill made it to the end zone. There was one other that ran out also, but the memory is fast fading.......

fading.......

fade.....

Sorry, just read the thread title and responded...

It was a white TE that ran out on the field so either Alexander/Scheffler/Mustard... which ever was around back then

Sept 18, 2005... the same game champ took it to the house right after halftime... they mention but not specifically who. I'm pretty damn sure it was Alexander... was Putzier still around back then? Maybe him?

Okay this has been driving me insane since this morning. Looked up 30 different game recap articles that don't mention names.

Shanahan got fined $20,000 for criticizing the call.

...but the OM history doesn't lie. Managed to find this thread where it names Alexander as the culprit:

hate to bring this up but Stephen Alexander was one of the guys woofing it over the sideline. That makes about 3 missed catches and 3 bad penalties on Alexander. Time for Nate to make him a distant memory.

The Nate Jackson love is just icing.
