Need help installing XP on my laptop

I'm not to savvy with this stuff, but I know this Vista garbage is pissing me off. Anyone able to help me with a full format / reinstall?

I just don't understand the "problem" thing with Vista. The only thing I've had is a little incaptiblity issue with wirless...but it's easily fixable with a router. . I've had no other issues.

There are many problems with it. Mainly I'm tired of it bogging down my system so badly. It's horrid.

Maybe we use our computers for different things then. I've had no problems with it and I've had it for a year.
