I learned that DJ played HB in High school.

I read a book about the Doughboys involvement in the 1st WW.

I am 1/2 way though a book by the German General Guderian.

I checked out the following Shakespeare plays from the Library:
Henry IV parts 1 & 2
Henry V
Hamlet (Olivier kicks ass)
Merchant of Venis(?)
Richard III (More Olivier Ass Kicking)

and The world at War (even more Olivier ass kicking) dvd's 1-6

Played with my kids
Installed a battery backup sump pump
Hosed up my home server network when the new sump pump worked itself lose and chugged water on to them.
Built new home network from spare parts.
Went 3-1 in our Softball league.

I agree. You really have to go far and above the norm to create any animosity with them. I actually found it kind of nice to have a place that is scaled back. It keeps a lot of the BS out of the site which is nice to see on occasion.

It's pretty simple really. I had no idea that the site even existed, a couple guys told me about it and asked me to come. I like them, so I registered. Within the hour I hadn't read anything decent on the site, and had a post deleted. I didn't really have a clue why it was deleted so I checked out the rules thing and it really only violated a guideline. Anyways, so in the OM thread I said the site sucked, left within 10 minutes and didn't come back. The end.

Do you really care if I say that site is gay or sucks? To me it certainly is. If someone likes it, me calling it gay or bad isn't going to influence their opinion, so not sure why you care. If you're all that concerned about someone occasionally thinking your site is childish and boring then there are options to look at.

It's not like I care enough to make this some sort of crusade, this is a thread about what we did while the Mane was down. I think your site blew. I'm very pleased this is back. End of story.

the only reason i was able to go over there, was becuase there was a refugee camp, thats it. It's pretty simple really. I had no idea that the site even existed, a couple guys told me about it and asked me to come. I like them, so I registered. Within the hour I hadn't read anything decent on the site, and had a post deleted. I didn't really have a clue why it was deleted so I checked out the rules thing and it really only violated a guideline. Anyways, so in the OM thread I said the site sucked, left within 10 minutes and didn't come back. The end.

Do you really care if I say that site is gay or sucks? To me it certainly is. If someone likes it, me calling it gay or bad isn't going to influence their opinion, so not sure why you care. If you're all that concerned about someone occasionally thinking your site is childish and boring then there are options to look at.

It's not like I care enough to make this some sort of crusade, this is a thread about what we did while the Mane was down. I think your site blew. I'm very pleased this is back. End of story.

I bought 2 new circulating water pumps for my boat, and a new raw water pump. Had the carbs, alternators, distributors rebuilt. New coils on both engines and new spark plugs and wires. Just waiting to put it all together and I'm sure they will hum like kittens.

I like it here because I don't have a problem with the moderators like Blue, Socal, Pez. They never go on power trips and sometimes I can talk crap to them without getting banned because they can handle the heat. I doubt Pez or Socal would get so pissed off if I displayed a gorilla using the middle finger to flip them off. In all likelhood they would probably laugh at it and get me back later for it.

Over there they got their panties in wad over it. So like TheRev says, if there is post deletion/warnings etc. Its a boring site and thats why I didn't hang around much after the fiasco with the mods.


Anyway glad this site is back up and running, now I am on vacation but soon I will need to plan on Training Camp and I will be able to post reports daily from Camp!:wave:

They even deleted my posts about my position on the matter, that certainly wouldn't happen here because here everyone has a voice and can make their form their own opinions on it.
