play it again. to me it was more whining and finger pointing and the linemen weren't having any of it.

From what Peyton is saying Jeff was trying to change the play and thats not his job. Peyton is the field general and the rest of the offense is supposed to follow his lead. Saturday wanted to run the ball more and it looked like from Peyton was saying is that because Manning was calling passing plays Jeff was not giving 100% on his blocking duties. Should Peyton have handled it better? Oh yea. And thats why the other Olineman got up. But the guy is a competitor and wants to make sure his guys are on the same page. I see nothing wrong with that at all. I would rather have a QB who cares than one who doesnt.

this is so tired...Manning and Saturday even talked about it on their episode of America's Game...so so much for it being the beginning of the end...lol

I love it...the broke dicks never do like the leaders...

I pray to God that Cutler figures out he can be the same type of
"field general." Zero probelm with what Manning did. In the end, it's all on him anyway.

Brady may have the rings, but I think Manning is the best QB of this generation.

I love it when he over rides Dungie's playcalling or decisions. Like waving the punting/ kicking team back over to the sidelines. Unfortunately he usually does get them the first down. Absolutely hate the quick count.

While I am no fan of paid-a-ton, nor do I think he is an ideal teammate, I do think that rumors of his demise are greatly exaggerated. He is a HOF QB and will be around for quite a while longer. I just hope we can figure out a way to hand that jacka$$ his tail for a change.

if 2005 is when Peyton's downward slope began i certainly hope Jay Cutler downward slopes 2 or 3 times before it's said and done...

in fact i hope he is voted downward slope mvp a couple times too...

Uh, this was taken from "America's Game: Super Bowl Champions" series, you know the one that commemorates teams that win the Super Bowl. Hardly think this is the start of the downward slope of his career. He annoys me, but he is an amazing QB.

He's smug, he's irritating, he's overexposed and the market is oversaturated with him....all that aside, this video is much ado about nothing. Stuff like this goes on all the time on the sidelines.

Really, when I first saw this thread, I thought it was going to be another Rick Rolled thing.

Peyton was part of a wedding party of one of our members weddings. He was super nice and respectable and we were not seen; as the wait staff; as slaves to his beckon and call. He is a truly a nice character no matter what. Was never over demanding. Eli on the other hand is spoiled rotten. he is too good for our toilet paper to grace his A$$. Peyton is super cool though really down to earth and actually talks to the wait staff.

c'mon guys, you're taking all the fun out of making fun of peyton.

i didn't know this was form 2005. but with the way almost all of you rushed to his defense, maybe this forum ought to be renamed from OrangeMane to PeytonsNutSwingersForum.

seriously, this guy has been a thorn in the side of the Broncos for 5+ years now. it's ok to have a little schadenfreude when he has a meltdown on the sidelines.

also, what he's doing on the sidelines in this clip is NOT leadership. he may be a leader in many other ways. but he is being a whiny jerk in this clip. a leader would air his complaint away from earshot of the rest of the o-line and team.

What he's doing is solving a problem. OL prefer to run block because they get to pin their ears and do the hitting... where in pass protection they get hit. The offensive line was bitching and didn't get their job done, so he went after them to make them accountable for their responsibilities. Period.

There isn't any Peyton "nut swinging" going on. What's going on is a real understanding of a team leader reacting to subpar play and doing exactly what he should be doing.

The thorn in our side has been ourselves. Our own defense has collapsed in the second half of every Colts game in recent memory. This is the true measuring stick for our team. If our defense is good enough to stop Manning, we deserve to be world champions. Nothing wrong with acknowledging Peyton's obvious "greatness." I'm still a Cutler fan.

Nothing would make me feel better than seeing Elvis pound on Peyton in the playoffs. It would be great for our D to beat them straight up.

ONE MORE. FOR SURE.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the field, pink puppy bellistick Rivers is "flipping off" colts fans, and calling them out to the parking lot for a "Jerry Springer experience" with his freinds LT and Meroidman.

Hey bitter brain dead Manning hater....Let me help you out since your football knowledge appears to be very limited. That #78 guy is Tarik Glenn who was retired last season. So that means this footage is from the prior season or sooner thus that downward slope Manning was on when this happen led all the way to a Super Bowl Championship.

You bitter bozos will scramble for anything to try and bash Manning regardless as to how stupid you look in the process.

He made that other kid stand in the port-o-let with the door closed just for dropping passes. He is anything but a leader acting like that.

Damn, it must be nice to have like eight favorite teams. When your primary team starts sucking (like for the last 38 years or so), just latch on to another one, preferably a winner.

Allthough Peyton Manning is one of the all time Bronco killers....

I think he's THE best QB in the league and will at some point own every passing record Favre has. He will most likely crush Favre's records with a sledge hammer.

After the game 2 years ago when the Colts beat Denver in Denver late, he praised the fans and the Denver team. He is a class guy.

I does a lot of TV spots, however I think most of them are funny. The SNL show he hosted was a classic.
