How can anybody trademark a figure of speech that has been around for years? Even if the Pats did go 19-0 I'd say it would be silly to grant them a trade mark on that phrase.

Jason,
You might not be aware, but I have already laid claim on the phrase, "How can anybody trademark a figure of speech that has been around for years?" My fee for usage is $50 per usage.
Thank you,
Clint7

I put a trademark on "Clint7" after I read it on the inside of a truck stop rest room. "For a good time call." :stirstir: :clown:
