He hasn't suffered from the dropsies since 2005.....his problems in that area couldn't be more exaggerated.

Talent in the bed room doesn't translate to to talent on the field. ;D

I'm actually a little excited about DJack. He was a good player in Seattle. His problem is the nagging injuries and his contract-driven bitching, but getting him cheap like this is a solid move.

When Coach Shanahan was asked why he released Upshaw. His response was - because he couldn't cut the Mustard.

There must be some kind of mistake here. Shanny probably caught a glimpse of Foxworth's notes on the movement to oust Upshaw and thought he meant Chad.

me too, I think he'll be perfect for all we want out of him - competition at the WR#2 spot.

Derrick Hamilton-WR- Broncos Apr. 15 - 3:42 pm et
Broncos waived WR Derrick Hamilton and TE Chad Upshaw.
Hamilton was roster-filler in Denver, and was expendable after the signing of Samie Parker. Upshaw, the nephew of NFLPA union head Gene Upshaw, was released to make room for the expected signing of Darrell Jackson.
Ha ! suck it Gene!
irony maybe?
