First off, It wasn't his idea.......other people nominated him and he was kinda "forced" into doing it. I know Miles personally and he would never "thump his chest"

Second, you talk about fans who have attended every game for decades......He hasn't just attended all the home games, hes also been to every single away game as well. Attending all the home games for decades is great, but attending every game ( home and away) for nearly 100 games, with not sight of stopping is pretty remarkable.

Third, The fact you even wrote that shows (much less in a tailgate thread) shows what kind of class you have. You couldn't just let him enjoy it for what its worth. Why did you have to say something so asinine? Do you feel left out?

As far as Miles go I'll say this. Miles is EXACTLY the kinda fan we need more of at home and on the road nut. Don't see the point of dissing him. Hell if we had more dedicated fans like him we'd have a see of orange in every damn stadium across the United States like the damn Steeler fans tend to have.

I agree Nut that there are certainly old time fans who have made a ton of games since the beginning. I've met several of them and even asked them to sign the inside of OF1 I thought so highly of them. The reality is that older generation is fading away and it's good to see what they started carry on through guys like Miles. Props to you to I bleed Orange and Blue for making every damn game this season so far. Most I ever made in a season was 13 and a playoff game. Good times but it's not as easy as people think.

To each is own though and that is why all the Broncos fans will have a chance to vote!

Oh Colorado4life if you don't have a tailgate to join RaiderSuck and others will be in my parking lot. It's potluck style so if you can contribute something that's the way to go. If you need a place to park it's 20 bones. RS will be there by 9 am. You'll find plenty of other omaners in LOT C as well. RaiderSuck knows where they all hang out so he could point you in the right direction.

I haven't really tailgated with many of the Maners since 2005, when I was hanging out with Disco Dan and Meck at the KC game at arrowhead and the Raiders game at Mile High Lite.

This is the most games I've ever been to in one season (seeing how I finally got ahold of some season tix). For the most part my buddies and I just sit around drinking beer, cooking up breakfast and brats on our little grill. We don't have much in the terms of fancy going on, but its always a good time to be sitting outside staring at the MHL(errr... Invesco) and tossing a ball around.

All that being said Chuck (aka Bleed Orange and Blue), I assume you'll be in lot C, what distinguishing vehicle/flag/people should I look for to swing by and say hello?

I can almost guarantee that's not going to happen. It COULD get close, though. If we recover a few turnovers, I can see it getting to the 17-point margin. The more realistic figure, based on the up and down play of both teams, would be about 10 points...

Has there been plans for specific locations? I know the "C" lot is a haven, but it would be great to know for sure...When I "travel" for home games, I usually park in the lot just under the Sportsfan shop. Easy in/out and visually pleasing :wiggle:

Ok I have nothing against you personally as you are a fellow broncos fan, but I do have a problem with your original comment.

I honestly don't care what you think about Miles or myself, but there is a time and place for everything.

For example if you started a thread that was about you and your wife having a baby and I got on there and said "well thats nice but I know of a lot of other couples that are more deserving of a child." That wouldn't be right would it?

Or if you won the powerball, mega millions, or whatever lotto game is in CO and i said "well there are lots of people in the world with more money than you." It would be wrong.

Moving along, I don't know of anyone more dedicated to the Broncos than Miles (excluding myself of course :thanku: ) Proposing to his then GF at a raiders game on the field, having an orange and blue wedding, attending nearly 100 straight home and away games, his life revolves around the Broncos (and his wife Trisha of course ;D ) so I don't see how theres any way to be more dedicated that he is.

Its one thing to go to 80 home broncos games in a row over 10 years, but try doing 80 games in 5 years......


But to make a point to go out of your way to say how there are more deserving people either means your doing it to be an ass out of jealousy, or your just ignorant.........and you seem like a smart man, so I will let people make their own conclusions.
