I'm living in Boston this year, a mere $15 Chinatown Bus ride from NYC. I've got a friend at NYU I can stay with for free. So why the hell not head down for the draft?

Does anyone know how this works? Do I have to buy a ticket ahead of time?

Is anyone else going?

Ah, the good old Fung Wah bus. You're taking your life into your hands with that maneuver. :)

tickets are given out the day of the draft...... the line forms early and many people camp out the night before ( although i heard rumor they arent letting people do that this year) i really wanna go, i just dont know if an 9 hour drive is worth it when i can watch it on my tv lol

I may be interested in the HOF draft party, but only if it's ALL DAY. I'm die hard on draft day. Ya got specifics?

As far as NYC goes...get in line by 3-4 AM if ya want seats in the selection room. You can get entry into the game/activity room if ya get there a little later, but you should still get there as early as possible.

randy, all i have is this info from their website...... after reading it closely it looks like its only the first round ( 3-7 pm) I am a huge draft person too....i think im one of the few who doesnt like it starting at 3 and moving the third round to the second day......oh well. but if your going to be in the cleveland area for the draft..... there is a huge sports bar (www.goharpos.com (http://www.goharpos.com)) that has a big draft party and yes thats all day so i might end up going there instead of the hof. More than welcome to come.

Rob...are you DEFINITELY going?

Kevin...what are your draft day plans? Is this Canton thing a possibility for you?

My dad isn't sure yet if he can make it, but I'm still leaning towards going. Let me know guys.

if you wanna go, ill go.....but like i said in the above post if you missed it its only the first round and its 40 bucks a person.

i was leaning towards just going to the sports bar so i can watch both rounds and stuff.....but if you wanna go to this..... ill go......but let me know because its cheaper to buy your tickets ahead of time.

atwater if worse comes to worse and your dad doesnt want to go......your more than welcome to come to that sports bar with me...... or if you wanted to meet at a sports bar in youngstown or something that would work too. No big deal.......the HOF is cool with me i jsut hate how they only show the first round.......although it probably wont be a big turnout since the browns dont have a first round pick.
