» RB Mike Hart (5-9, 209): Had a 32-inch vertical jump, ran a 4.33 short shuttle, a 6.91 cone drill and kept his numbers from the combine for everything else. He had a good workout and caught the ball well.

So we couldn't find one person to be at this event? I sometimes wonder what we are thinking on almost every draft day...guess now I know. We just don't care. This is the staff whose new focus is to build through the draft. Yeah right...Just waiting for some dude I've never heard of with the 12th because Shanny couldn't trade down.

When we drafted Cutler, we did not even have a sit down conversation with him. I would look for 2, maybe 3 Michigan players on our squad after the draft.

You simpletons! Don't you know that Shanny knows that we think he'll want a Wolverine because he didn't send a representative? Hmmmmm?

It's so obvious, he's playing a double blind here! Because everyone will think we are intersted becasue of our lack of interest, what it means is that we really aren't interested!

Ha ha ha! They'll fall right into our trap! They will think that we definetly want a Michigan player, and then when our turn comes we'll turn the tables on all of them!

HA HA! Our selction card will go to the podium, and we will shock everyone by!!!!!!!.........

........not selecting a michigan player.

uh.........um. You see, we'll.......um, we.......

OK. Moving right along. Yeah.

I just realized what your problem is. Stand up and remove the fork from your ass, then try typing again. I think this will be better for everyone involved.

Nice to see Manningham improve on his 40 times.

I wonder why the times are so much faster. Do you think it was the surface or has Manningham been getting speed training? A pretty dramatic improvement.

What do you think teams really even learn at these pro days? Probably not much. Plus, any statistics recorded they can obviously find the same way we did

It's pretty obvious one of two things will happen with our first pick. Either we will pick a Michigan player, or we won't. I'll almost guarantee it!

I like Crable but I am betting that he ends up as OLD in 3/4. He seem to be the perfect fit for that

BTW, Denver might not be interested in anyone from UM.

No, maybe he's watching their game film rather then being enticed by workout warriors.

Not surprising.

But sort of depressing.

Why? If the scouts have been doing their jobs they know who the players are and what they are like. And they have the game tape to watch how they play. I think people send to much time getting excited over kids in shorts and not enough time getting excited over kids in pads play ball.

There's more than just this year's draft to consider. Scouting reports done now are used years down the line when looking at free agents.

Attending the Michigan pro day doesn't show our hand - every other team went, and I just can't wrap my head around why the Broncos wouldn't bother to send someone.
