we had a guy up here in Kaycee Wyoming , get arrested for Killing Bald Eagles , what the eagles would do is swoop down pick up lambs , then drop them from the sky , then go down and eat the carcus ( I only added this so everyone would know the reasons behind the killings ) ......But I have seen both Golden Eagles and Bald eagles . glorified vultures , but they are beautifull animals to see

yes you will go to prision ....unless it is an accident , a Driver for BJ oilfield services hit a Bald eagle about 4 years ago out near the Mesa , The Bird came through the passenger side windshield , well it was still alive but suffering , so he took his swamp bar and put it out of its misery , and when he did that he got into a **** load of trouble ....... didnt go to prision , but was fined out the ass ...

I grew up in Denver and have spent much of my life here. I saw my first mile-high bald Eagle last Saturday in Lakewood.
