Wondering what happened to my thread...if it was removed, I would like an explanation from a moderator. After all, as I look through the rest of the threads, there seem to be plenty that are allowed to stay that have nothing to do with football, and I clearly labeled it as "off topic"...

The fact that it was "adult" in subject matter had a lot to do with it being moved...

When people say butt, sometime I find myself getting aroused. Does that make me bad? Am I going to hell? I feel so bad. But (AGAIN, BUT WITH ONE T - AND THERE IT IS AGAIN), I can't think about anything but butts (I JUST PASSED OUT)!
TJ like this place to be family friendly.
Also I hate offseason mode. The NFL season is year round, with a small slow peiod around May. But the place was built on football.
But you're thread wasn't front page material.

Don't worry Dom just try not to use the word Butt or But. Instead use bum and ergo. Everyone has this problem but don't be discouraged. You might want to seek the help of your fellow sinners by setting up a chat for people who get aroused while typing but. Peace be with you.

The fact that it was "adult" in subject matter had a lot to do with it being moved...
The thing is, it wasn't any more "adult" in subject matter than much of what gets left in this forum. Anything more than a cursory glance at it would have revealed that it's a link aimed at helping people who struggle with an addiction to pornography and with the fallout of pornography. I have no doubt that there are those in this community who may have benefited or wanted to point a friend or family member to the resource.
I'm not trying to make waves simply for the sake of making waves, but the fact that it was moved, when many other OT threads are not, seems...well, I hesitate to use too strong of a word. It just seems to me that it might have been moved because a moderator made a hasty decision and moved something helpful into the Mane's equivalent of Siberia.

The thread was moved to the War & Religion & Politics subforum.
(I don't know who moved it there, but I would agree with the decision.)
