I think it's time for me to start posting some 'players I like' lists.
This is still in the real early stages.....I am sure there will be more names added as I get to see more and more of the players.

Running Backs:
If the Broncos decide they want an elite back again, this would be a good year to draft one in Round One.

TE:
I know we don't need a TE....but 2 guys I think will be good pros and will not cost a high pick are:
Martin Rucker-Missouri-6'6 255
Kellen Davis-Michigan State-6'6 253

FB:
I think Denver needs to look at drafting a true fullback for a change:
Owen Schmitt-West Virginia-6'3 260----a true FB, will also be a special teams demon. Good goal line back as well.
Jacob Hester-LSU-6'0 228------maybe not a true FB, but I rarely have seem someone able to always get the 1 yard needed like he does. Will be a great special team player as well. Denver could draft him and use him in the one back set, like they used to for Mike Anderson. He could be the answer we need in short yardage situations.

Kelly is a good prospect, but I am only listing the players that have really stood out to me so far. I know I am leaving a lot of guys off the list...and many more will be added.
He has great hands, I will give him that.

Could you list your favs at RT, just curious.
http://xs123.xs.to/xs123/08053/ps_ellis427.jpg
Sedrick Ellis
Vitals: 6'1", 308
Birthdate: May 9, 1985
Hometown: Chino, CA
2007 stats: 58 tackles, 12.5 TFL, 8.5 sacks, 7 BrUp, QBH, 2 FR
Pros:Explosive senior tackle is a relentless inside force who continues to move up the charts.
Cons: Doesn't have the ideal size for a defensive tackle and may have minor durability issues (ankle and knee injuries).
http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k26/gbpfan10001/2008%20Prospects/Clady.jpg
Ryan Clady, Boise State
Vitals: 6’6, 317
Pros: Has worked his way up considerably this year on one of the nation's beast offensive lines the past two seasons. A nice frame with long arms and can move well. Uses his arms very well and couples it with great footwork and slides very well. His initial punch is second to none and plays with good technique. Has experience pulling and moving well laterally.
Cons: He's not a mauler and had a disappointing performance against Hawaii. He was beaten by speed rushers and was confused on a few occasions on his assignment. Has the makings of a good, consistent, all-around tackle, but doesn't have quite the physical upside as some of the others.
Chris Williams OT [Vanderbilt]
6'6, 320*It was hard to not give the Broncos a DT here, but I think they can wait until the 2nd . Williams will contend for a starting job next season.Chris Williams draft stock is soaring, he is at ZBS as well.
Dan Connor LB Penn State
He is a solid tackler from sideline to sideline and can play any of the linebacker positions.

I see Jake Long being a good LT, but a dominant RT.
Jeff Otah will probably end up being a good RT.
I could see John Greco playing RT in the pros.
Branden Albert is another guy that could be moved to RT.
I am not sold on Gosder Cherilus at LT at all, but he may make a decent RT as he had his best years there.
I am sure I will have more to add in the next few months.

Here are some corners that I really like right now....
Leodis McKelvin-Troy-5'11 190.....what a threat this guy will be as a return man as well.
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie-Tennessee State-6'2 170.....stock soared after great senior bowl week.
Patrick Lee-Auburn-6'0 201
Tracy Porter-Indiana-5'11 185
Antoine Cason-Arizona-6'0 185

Ray Rice
Kevin Smith
Dre' Moore
Frank Okam
RYAN CLADY
Chris Williams
Jake Long(He could fall to us, don't count it out. The Combine does funny things)
Tony Hills
James Hardy
Dan Connor
That LB from OU. Ingram? I dunno.
Owen Schmitt
Pat Sims
Kenny Phillips
Probably a lot more. Those are just off the top of my head.
Combine starts later this week, I am sure the hype machine will kick into gear shortly afterwards. I am real ready for the draft this year, I know I may not agree in the direction we go, but what they hay, I am a sideline GM :)
Good list's SSJ

Defensive Line:
I am focusing more on DT than DE because I really don't think the Broncos need to address DE...they just need to groom the talent they already have in place there.
DE:
Vernon Gholston-Ohio State-6'4 265
Lawrence Jackson-USC-6'5 265
Jason Jones-Eastern Michigan-6'5 270
DT:
Sedrick Ellis-USC-6'1 290
Pat Sims-Auburn-6'4 314
Trevor Laws-ND-6'1 295
Red Bryant-Texas A&M-6'5 324
Frank Okam-Texas-6'5 320
Dre Moore-Maryland-6'4 311

Linebacker:
OLB:
Keith Rivers-USC-6'3 220
Ali Highsmith-LSU-6'1 225
Shawn Crable-Michigan-6'5 240
Beau Bell-UNLV-6'3 245 (OLB/ILB)
Jordon Dizon-Colorado-6'0 220....say what you want about his size. At the very least you will get a special teams demon.
ILB:
Dan Connor-Penn State-6'3 235 (OLB/ILB)
Curtis Lofton-Oklahoma-6'0 238
Jerod Mayo-Tennessee-6'2 230
Jonathan Goff-Vandy-6'4 240

I'm with OUBronco. I watch lots of Big 12 football being from Oklahoma. Malcolm Kelly was already playing like an NFL pro all year. He weighs 220 and still burns people deep, lots of YAC. He has earned his spot as the #1 receiver in this draft.
Also (no surprise here) I would take a hard look at Adarius Bowman from Oklahoma State. It would be a dream if we could pick him up in the fourth, although I think he should go earlier.
Kelly is going to get paid (probably first receiver chosen), Bowman could be an outright steal in the third or fourth.

Did you go to the tulsa game against OU? I was second row behind the TU bench seeing Kelly that close is awsome the guy is soooooo smooth i would love for Denver to draft him 1st RD or whenever as for Bowman i like his hardnose type of game kinda like Marshall's a little but the guy just drops to many balls especially in big games but has alot of upside

I should have included him, but since we have no real shot at him, I left him off the list. Of course, by that reasoning, I should have left Ellis off as well.

I did go to the OU / TU game, unfortunately I graduated from TU (sour grapes). Both Kelly and Iglesias will make great pros. Actually, I will be keeping my eyes on their 6'5" TE Gresham through the next season. If he has a good year with Bradford, he will start shooting up the draft boards.
About Bowman, you just have to go with your gut there. I have seen him make as many "impossible" catches as drops. I'm sure there were some decent knocks on Brandon Marshall when he was in college (or else he wouldn't have slipped to the fourth). I just think Bowman has star written all over him, especially with a guy like Cutler in the pocket, and a receiver like Marshall on the other side.

Trevor Laws-ND-6'1 295

With so many viable candidates and the premium that the Broncos have to put on DT, I just have a feeling that one of those guys HAS to be wearing blue and a hint of orange next season. Any of those would be good candidates in my opinion, preferably not in the 1st but definitely in the 2nd or later.
