Ate at a Chinese restaurant today and saw that omnipresent placemat of the Chinese Horoscopes. Well, it turns out 2008 is The Year Of The Rat and it also falls every 12 years so it also coincides with U.S. presidential elections:

1936 - Franklin Roosevelt - DemocRAT
1948 - Harry Truman - DemocRAT
1960 - John F. Kennedy - DemocRAT
1972 - Richard Nixon - Republican, but a RAT in other ways.
1984 - Ronald Reagan - Republican (well, there's always one exception to the rule)
1996 - Bill Clinton - DemocRAT
2008 - Will it be Obama, the DemocRAT, Hillary, the DemocRAT or McCain who RATs out his own party whenever possible?

We report, you decide.

Good point. We're getting a rat, no matter who we select in November...

There were more convicted criminals in Saint Ron's administration than any other admin in U.S. history.

Red Ink Ron's trickle-down economics left America drowning in a sea of red ink and paved the way for the complete merger of government with corporate interests which Dubya subsequently perfected.

I hardly call that an "exception to the rule."
