I find it amazing that Favre is still so high. Who would've thought there were so many people that wanted one, for whatever reason didn't buy one his first 15 years in the league.....but finally figured now, a year or less from his retirement, was a good time to pull the trigger. Odd.

Amazing someone like Favre, who has been in the league forever, still gets people buying his jersey as #3. You would think everyone that is a Packers' fan would already own one. But then again, anytime a baby is born in a Wisconsin hospital, I am sure the first clothes worn is a #4 jersey and of course they grow out of them so fast. Amazing though.

Brady Quinn and Randy Moss are currently in a race for the "I only wore this jersey for a year or so and some sucker paid $300 for it" award.

I'm somewhat surprised Champ isn't on there.
I mean, Quinn, Westbrook, Witten, Barber, Hester? Heck, Bob Sanders, but no Champ.

The Broncos aren't a nationally popular team (because ESPN doesn't cover them) and Champ's been around for a few years so if someone wanted a Champ jersey - they probably already have it. The guys like Brady and Favre had people running out and buying their jersey because ESPN was all over them during the playoffs.

I'm kind of surprised Wes Welker hasn't cracked this list. Locally, they are definitely selling like hotcakes.

Do Cowboy's fans have nothing better to do than to buy jerseys? They represent numbers 1,12,15, and 16 on that list.

Reggie Bush? Seriously? I know, New Orleans needs a hero and all that, but I'd drop money on a Colston jersey before a Reggie Fumble jersey.

You have to remember that the Cowboys have a huge fanbase, won on a ton of games this year, are winning with relatively new players and ESPN loves them. That's a combo for a ton of jersey sales.

If they kept stats on Chinese copies, we might have a couple on that list. remember, these are the official NFL uber-expensive jerseys. It gets harder and harder to shell out real cash for a jersey when your favorite "franchise" player might not even be with your team next year.

That's cause these are all bandwagon fans..i dont understand Quinn though..i already own a Bailey jerzey..i suppose Marshall will be on there next year..what ever players get the most hype are probably going to get the most sales in jerzeys!!

Lot of ND fans and ESPN hyped Quinn more than any other pick in the draft outside Peterson.

You are missing a "6" on the Foneco jersey. For what it is worth, I went on ebay and picked up an Al Wilson jersey and Orange Jake Plummer jersey for $10 each brand new. $20 shipping for both. I will give out the info when I receive goods so I dont recommend a bad company. I told them they need to lower the Walker jerseys to $9.99 before March 1st hits. Al Wilson $10? Very nice. Practice or real jersey, still worth it.

It's actually the safest bet of the lot. If you're into plopping down $200+ on a authentic (and you're not some sort of a collector), you better be sure it's not for a player that's a transient.....ask all those poor fools who bought the Ownes Eagles jerseys what that feels like.

LOL Seriously what is up with that? He's the backup to a pro-bowl QB and he's slamming myoplex for $$$? Are they going to show him on the sideline in his next commercial explaining how it helps him listen to his I-pod better?

Speaking of Mock, he's gone missing again I see....wonder if he's okay.

Bear in mind the majority of jersey sales are probably during the season, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that teams who did well in this year's playoffs feature highly.

I'm sure if we had actually done something this year we might have got one of our jerseys in the top 20 somehow.....

Bob Sanders is only #20 because Dan Dierdorf ran out of money to buy up the surplus and Conrad Dobler won't return his calls for more cash.

Dick's sporting goods here in chitown had Curtis Enis Jerseys on sale last year before the SB for less than $10.

Lots of those guys buy jerseys, you know.

If someone were to start up a replacement nameplate business for these things and somehow avoid being shutdown by the NFL....one could make a serious amount of cash.

The Favre jerseys sell so well because your average Packers fan has to buy a new one for every 50 lbs they gain.
