I'll do one more in August or so.

No "wants" here. What's your prediction? Who will be the president-elect in 2008?

Poll coming.

And no, Ron Paul is not a viable or realistic choice.

If Hillary makes it past Obama, she's going to destroy McCain...

What about Foneco? He has a great "get out the vote" organization.

Foneco is above such petty things as scraping and bowing for votes. Either you get what Foneco is all about, or you don't. And if you don't have an intrinsic understanding of Foneco, well, Foneco help you. That's all I can say.

Foneco is too busy defending himself in an infringement lawsuit brought about by the Obama campaign right now to be working for votes. I guess the Obama folks are really pissed off about the new "Yes Foneco Can" bumper stickers.

After a back room deal brokered by superdelegates, Hillary will "win" the Democratic nomination and then the GE.

God help us if you are right LABF. If Hillary wins I will be convinced that Bush did steal the election with some help.

I'd seriously consider moving my poker chips to another table far far away.

It's very gay to smell another guy's cynicism, not that that matters.

At least I'm not looking at his Foneco!

But he does live in CA. Guys do that there, you know.

I dunno. I just have a really strong suspicion about Obama getting this thing done before it gets to the Super-delegates. I'd wager that he has a strong showing in an unexpected state like PA, OH, or TX to put it away.

Polls are already showing him with double-digit leads in VA, MD, and DC.

I don't think either will be able to put it away. I read that the Obama campaign had some kind of statistical projection putting him at around 1,600 delegates when all the primaries are over, ahead of Clinton by about 100 or so, but both of them still several hundred from clinching it. It appears that the superdelegates will decide this thing.

The Dems are playing with fire here. If they have a presumptive nominee, but the SDs want to choose someone else, that could disenfranchise many first time or lapsed voters and take away a lot of momentum. Leave it to a bunch of Dems to possibly screw up an election handed to them on a silver platter.

No thanks. There is a reason illegals are coming to America. They are seeking opportunity and freedom from an extremely corrupt government. I invest in Mexico annually though. Love the beaches but after a few days I get my fix.

Now the Black sea in Ukraine is an area I have my eye on.

The WRP forum is like the bar in the movie "Roadhouse" with Patrick Swayze.

The nights that go by without a fight of some kind are the exception - not the rule. ;)

At this particular moment, I'd predict Obama over McCain by a significant popular percentage, but only the tiniest of electoral margins. Too close to call, to be honest.

But a zillion things could happen between now & then, so I wouldn't bet a nickel on it.
