They are trying their best to avoid dealing with issue which may actually take some brainstorming to address.

FISA is 30 years old. The technology and enemies we are facing is beyond what any court could imagine in the 1970's. Also, the democrats did not mind FISA when no one noticed it, Pelosi and Reid both are on record speaking in FAVOR of it. I dont know what FISA has to do with Clinton being a phillandering dill hole, which is the best of his many qualities. The government should have kept out of the Teri Schiavo fiasco it all together, and leave it specifically to the family. Its tough enough to see your daughter like that, but have everyone register an opinion was beyond ridiculous.

FISA is 30 years old. The technology and enemies we are facing is beyond what any court could imagine in the 1970's. Also, the democrats did not mind FISA when no one noticed it, Pelosi and Reid both are on record speaking in FAVOR of it. I dont have aproblem with outside of the US , or Calls coming in , it is the Data minning going on from the telecommunctions company ( outside of Qwest .....hat tip to them) , I dont think you fully understand what is going on here ..... I dont have problemswith calls over seas or coming in from over seas, it is the domestic spying and Data minning that is going on ..... I strongly suggest you look up why the Bush administration is seeking immunity for the telecom companies .........

between the executive and judicial branches of government. What Bush
was doing was an end around the judicial branch so that the executive
branch had no oversight. There is a reason the Founding Fathers broke
the government into three branches, the executive, legislative, and
judicial. They saw what a king that answered to no one could do.
