Thoughts?
Huge WR with great hands. Not particularly fast but a great RZ target and he catches everything thrown his way. 4 year starter at Iowa State.

He'd be a good late round pick up IMO.

From ESPN.Com's draft site:
Todd Blythe
WR (http://insider.espn.go.com/nfldraft/draft/tracker/position?id=1) | (6'5", 210, 4.55) | IOWA STATE (http://insider.espn.go.com/nfldraft/draft/tracker/school?id=2221)
Scouts Grade: 30
Flags: (D: DURABILITY) Player that can't stay healthy
Strengths: Possesses outstanding size; is tall with adequate bulk and strength for his position. Size presents matchup problems for most opposing defensive backs, especially in the red zone. He knows how to use his frame to shield defenders from the ball. Displays a strong understanding of reading coverages and will consistently find soft spots in zone. Has long arms and big hands. Displays reliable overall hands. Can catch over his head and does a fine job of securing the ball in traffic. Uses his wide frame to his advantage as a stalk blocker. Gives adequate effort as a blocker and shows the strength to sustain once locked on. Also has experience on special teams and can contribute as a kick blocker.
Weaknesses: Lacks ideal top-end speed. Takes too long to reach full gear and is too slow getting in and out of breaks. Good defensive backs get early breaks on his routes because he simply does not scare most DB's vertically. Very deliberate as a route runner. Lateral quickness and change-of-direction skills are below average. Not much of a threat after the catch, as he lacks the second-gear to run away from most defensive backs and the elusiveness to make mos3t defensive backs miss in space. Will lose focus at times and will get called for occasional off-sides penalty. He missed three games in 2006 while suffering a virus. He also was held out of 2007 spring practice with an undisclosed injury.
Overall: Blythe was redshirted in 2003. During his first three seasons (2004-'06) he appeared in 33 games and recorded 124 receptions for 2,317 yards (18.7 average) and 26 touchdowns. A viral infection kept him out of three games in 2006. Blythe needs to bounce back from the undisclosed spring injury and return to form as a senior in order to maximize his draft stock. His lack of ideal speed and quick-twitch athleticism are likely to keep him out of the draft's first day. However, his size, hands and competitiveness should make him an attractive Day 2 pick that can potentially contribute as a sub-package possession receiver in the NFL.
I would use an 8th round flier on him :)

I take it you have not seen him play?

No, no, he's right... Nate Jackson really tore it up at Menlo College -- and they're a much better program than Iowa State....

He is basically an underhyped Matt Jones/Brandon Marshall mode, big possession receiver, without Brandon's speed. But I think he would be a good player to take in the later rounds..I wouldn't mind spending a 6th rounder on him.

I think he's a sleeper second day pick in this draft. Someone will be very happy with drafting him.
