Rodney Harrison had one of the worst games of his career yesterday in my opinion.....got picked on constantly in the passing game, was out of position regularly, and was run over on numerous occasions by the ball carrier. Not once did I see him stuff a run and push his man backwards; he was on his back getting pushed for more yards on contact.
And what does the box score say? It says he was the game's leading tackler with 11.5 tackles. Good for fantasy leagues....bad for the Pats.

Reminds me of Foxy in the AFC Championship a few years back... I think he had 12 tackles.

You're right, Beantown......I was listening to WEEI on the way into work this morning....and Callahan was saying just that. Like, yeah, he tackled Boss....but after he had a 45 yard gain.

When players in the secondary lead the team in tackles. The D didn't play well. Ask Champ.

Perfect example of how tackles are potentially the most worthless stat in football.

I loved watching ROOKIE Ahmad Bradshaw get in Harrison and Richard Seymour's face all game.
Really, just an awesome game all around. Go Giants. I wanted to kiss Eli after that TD.

Didn't he also make the tackle on Tyree after he made the crucial catch with his hand and HELMET?
Obviously not all tackles are created equally...but then again Denver fans know that intimately. Hi DJ (although he did get better in the last 1/4 of the season)
