lam having issues charging a ipod shuffle 2nd gen
question: how do i tell which hub is 2.0?

USB outlets are basically all the same .... the 2.0 version has been around 5-6+ years (besides, the battery recharge capability was not part of the 2.0 upgrade). Just plug it in where it fits, and look to see whether the "Charge" indicator comes on. :thumbs:
But I think you might be best not to plug it into an external hub ... better to plug it directly into trhe USB outlet on the computer motherboard itself.
