Whoever put that together started off clean and sober but around pick 10 or 11 they took a big rip off the pipe and it all fell apart.

I have seen him in that late first-early second range on a few boards, but most definately not at #12.
That was dated 12/20. I thought a saw a more current one from him.

I absolutely hate mock drafts they are horrible I mean its the worst tease ever and all that happens is you are either disgusted by the mock's selection for your team or you like the pick and you upset when the actual draft comes around and we dont take who your mock said we would. what a tease.

Harvey at 9 seems like a terrible pick to me... yeah, he was a beast in the championship last year but dad-gum, the guy looks like he should be running marathons rather than be a DE. He's so skinny. I don't think you can go role players when there's so much talent still on the board. We took Jarvis 8 picks later but I still don't like that technique.
The Broncos pick is retarded, that basically goes without saying.
Manningham that early is suprising but there's not so much else out there for WR so it's possible.
I don't see WR as a need for the Skins, at all.
I hate the Cromartie pick by the packers... the Packers have a really well built team and don't have many glaring holes but I think you'd have Cromartie no better than 3rd for most of his contract. You don't take 1st rounders that probably wont start in the first two years.

*edit* Ok I actually read his explanation, I like his reasoning, but still not a good pick especially with Clady on the board.

Despite efforts to rectify the problem the defensive line continues to be an issue for Denver and while on the face this might not make sense just hear me out.

Clady is arguably the best OT in this draft. He sure as hell is a lot more talented than Jake Long, he just didn't have the big school and national media pimping for him the last couple seasons.

I thought he did very well for himself in Mobile, capitalizing off a strong season. For a man that weighs 340, he doesn't look it. He sure as hell doesn't move like it. I would be more than okay going with him in round 2 if we go elsewhere in round 1.

Hold on. You make it sound like Long is garbage. That guy is mobile on the next level and can really do damage at run blocking.

Scott's never been good with putting players in at the Broncos slots. I'd love Highsmith, but Merling - that's just way too high. Trevor Pryce Part II? I think just because they went to Clemson is the real only justification for it. There's no way we go DE; but then again - that's the WTF pick everyone expects.

Guys who do this for a living like scott, put people who have no business being in the first round, in the first round now, so if they have an awesome combine, and their stock rises, they can say, " well i was the first to say he would be taken in the first round " yadda yadda.
Scott a couple years back had Elvis Dumervil as a first rounder in one of his early mock drafts, can you honestly say someone wouldn't dump a first round pick on him based on his production so far?
I love Highsmith in the 2nd though.
To be perfectly honest, I have no idea where shanny will go in the draft this year. I don't think it will be O-line however.

Maybe. The last two first round picks have been SEC players though. And I really hope its not Phillips but you might be right.
