I don't know how I found this, I was just stumbling through my bookmarks and visited Sporting News. Lo and behold, an interview with Jay Cutler after the season. He talks about the relationship between Shanny and Dinger, Jeremy Bates, what he hopes will happen with the offense next year, Javon Walker, etc..
This is a must listen for Broncos fans, Jay says more than you would usually hear from the Denver Post.

Wow the host of the "Dog House" sucks... Sporting News used to be better then this.
thanks. My man crush on Jay is now deeper than ever, and starting to creep me out a little. I always saw him as a stock answer kind of guy, but he was fairly candid in this interview calling an ugly blowout in the superbowl, and especially saying that Javon had his own agenda this offseason, and that Shanny won't put up with that.
very cool. thanks again

nevermind. saw the post where it can be read.
Excellent comments by Jay. I too was surprised by his candidness in the interview. Things that stand out were the comments on wanting a more stable running back situation and the fore mentioned Javon Walker comments.

These are the 2live Stews. THey are out of Atlanta they are funny but not that great all the time. 950 sometimes plays them when they don't have Avs or Nugs playing.

interesting....
sounds like he respects the hell out of Shanahan and really knows who is calling the shots after it is all said and done
he also isnt shy about calling out Javon...which means he's either
a) convinced Javon is out the door
b) trying to rile his WR up by speaking as a captain

i agree...and in either case...i like it....
jay cutler is coming along quite nicely IMO....
Javon just needs to shut up and get his ass down to the ATL.
BTW we need to get some OT's that can play and give Jay time.

If Javon leaves get Earl Bennett. Give him a few games and you will love the kid! Almost like a money back guarantee.
Thanks Cmhargrove:thumbsup:

I cracked up at the "opens up things for Brandon" comment as well. This almost reminded me of the "Javon needs to get his butt out here" comments that Favre made that Javon got so pissed about. We'll see how this one ends up but it just went from "he'll come back" to "Maybe he'll come back" for me... I definitely lost faith now, Javon doesn't deal well with situations like this.

Great interview.
Love the candidness.
Glad to see him using "negative" reinforcement to try and lure Javon back. (though i feel javon's knee is about as reliable as a crackhousedoor hinge.)
